Refund Policy

At MoodVista.art, we strive to provide high-quality digital background images and wallpapers. However, because our products are digital downloads, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This is because digital files can be copied and used immediately, making returns impossible in the traditional sense.

2. Exceptions

We will consider refunds only in the following limited situations:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from downloading or accessing the purchased file(s) after multiple attempts, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate Charge: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same order (proof of transaction required).
  • Product Not as Described: If the delivered image is significantly different from what was shown in the product preview (e.g., wrong resolution or corrupted file).

Note: Changes of mind, dissatisfaction with the artistic style, or minor color variations due to screen calibration do not qualify for a refund.

3. Timeframe for Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [info @ moodvista.art] with the subject line: “Refund Request – Order #XXXX”
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Email address used for the purchase
    • Description of the issue with screenshots if applicable
    • Proof of purchase (if needed)

We will review your request and respond within 48–72 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. License Revocation

If a refund is issued, your license to use the image(s) is immediately revoked. You must delete all copies of the downloaded files and cease using them.

6. Chargebacks

We reserve the right to disable your account and restrict future purchases if you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
