By accessing the Site or purchasing any digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any products.

Digital Products and License

• All products sold on MoodVista.art are digital downloads (e.g., high-resolution wallpaper images).

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license to download and use the products for your own personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., as phone backgrounds).

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, modify for commercial use, or claim ownership of the products.
• All intellectual property rights (copyright) remain with ‘MoodVista’, the creator.

Purchases and Payments

• Prices are in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes (VAT where required).
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Access to downloads is provided immediately after successful payment.

No Refunds or Returns

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once access is granted.
• If you experience technical issues with your download, contact us at ‘info @ MoodVista.art’ within 7 days for assistance.

Delivery

• Digital products are delivered via instant download links available in your user account.
• It is your responsibility to download and backup files promptly.

Limitation of Liability

• Products are provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
